Halloween is the one holiday where the decorations are the gift. We make two things just for it: a pumpkin lamp cut from basswood that flickers like a candle, and a wreath that glows after the lights go out.
Both are cut, stained and assembled by us in Encinitas, California, and both come back out of the box every October.

Made for October
The two we make for October.
Both are laser cut from basswood here in the workshop. The lamp is built from thin ribs around a light that flickers; the wreath is painted in colors that glow after dark.

Stone for the table
Dark stone for a dark night, and coasters for the fantasy reader.
Natural slate, laser engraved. Every tile is a little different in color and edge, which is the point. Coasters with your own words or drawing, and sets we designed ourselves.
Design idea: a pumpkin, a bat, a web and a ghost. The picture is a mock-up to show the idea. We engrave your own design, or draw one with you, on real slate.

One number, always on
The stands come in orange and in a glow finish.
Small Wi-Fi screens that show the one thing someone keeps opening an app for: their team, the markets, a follower count. We assemble, load and test each one here, on a stand we 3D print. No app and no subscription.

Things that grow
Eight arms, one plant.
3D printed planters for a shelf or a patio, and living plants to go in them.
Octopus planters $18.99
Ordering for a date
Personalized pieces are made after you order, so give us extra time before a holiday. If you need something by a date, email [email protected] and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
Questions people ask
Is the pumpkin lamp a real candle?
No. It is lit by an LED that flickers like a flame, so there is no open flame.
Who makes these?
We do. Encinitas 3D is a small business in Encinitas, California. Everything is designed, cut, engraved, printed and assembled here.
